About the Owner
The owner of HORIZON Roofing and Restoration is Justin Simpson. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) with a minor in Mathematics. He has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and has experience in both commercial and residential projects.
Justin has also completed numerous courses for roofing and restoration and has attended training classes across the U.S. As part of this extensive training, OWENS CORNING has made Justin and HORIZON a part of OWENS CORNING’s preferred contractor network.
